In our business games, participants are divided into teams. Each of these teams represents a simulated company that competes for a particular consumer market. After analyzing their market’s potential, sales history and competitors, teams must make decisions related to different areas of the company, such as Human Resources, Finance and Marketing.
After that, the game simulates the passage of one month in the life of the company and returns reports that show how the market and other competitors behaved. From these reports, teams analyze the results and make decisions for the next month. This cycle of analysis of results and decision making simulates 8 to 12 months in the life of a company and so prepares its management executives for the real challenges of a competitive market.
